Enter  your contact info and preferences. In the Preferences section please write about details you consider important for the commisioned artwork. If you have a specific wish concerning color write about it and it will be fulfilled. Provide us with a detailed information about the space in which the artwork will be installed (dimensions—specify inches or centimeters); describe the source and the type of light.

Attach  up to 5 photographs of the space (JPEG format).

Select  collage color combination, the size and the number of elements of your custom order. The larger and the more complex is the artwork the higher is its price.

Submit  this information by clicking on the Submit button on the request form.

Print  the e-mail confirmation of the request form for your records.

Order  watch your e-mail box—you will receive three concept sketches for your wall hanging a week after receipt of your request. Please approve one of them, write your comments, make a payment, and give us time (4 to 6 weeks depending on the size of the order unless otherwise specifed) to complete the order.

Payment  we are a PayPal verified business. We use PayPal, a secure order, third party processing service, that allows you to make payment by credit card, E-check or electronic funds transfer.

Confirmation of your order—within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. We will not receive any information from you without a payment.

S & H  charges are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order, and are added to the purchase price at the checkout when ordering via PayPal. To calculate your S&H charges please put your merchandise into a PayPal shopping cart, enter your ZIP code and click calculate shipping. Overseas shipping always costs more—please contact us directly. We ship via Fedex (Economy Saver Rate) or UPS.

Returns  do not apply to custom orders—stock items only. We will refund the purchase price of any item that does not meet your expectations if returned within 15 days. Customers are responsible for return postage. A refund will be issued if the item is returned in the original condition within 15 days of receipt. 30% cancellation fee applies.
