Click  on the Custom Order button to open the order form.

Enter  your contact info and personal measurements.

Submit  this information by clicking on the Submit button on the order form.

Print  the e-mail confirmation form that you will receive for your records and return to the custom order form to complete the order.

Select  the preferred fit and the collage color combination by scrolling the menus on the bottom of the order form; the style, textures and textiles of the future outfit will be defined by the page from which you are placing the order.

Make a payment  via the Order button on the order form to initiate the process.

Confirmation of your order—via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your payment.

Payment  we are a PayPal verified business. We use PayPal, a secure order, third party processing service, that allows you to make payment by credit card, E-check or electronic funds transfer.

Delivery  depends on size and complexity of the order—between two and six weeks.

S & H  charges are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order, and are added to the purchase price at the checkout when ordering via PayPal. To calculate your S&H charges please put your merchandise into a PayPal shopping cart, enter your ZIP code and click calculate shipping. Overseas shipping always costs more—please contact us directly. We ship via Fedex (Economy Saver Rate) or UPS.

Returns  do not apply to custom orders—stock items only. We will refund the purchase price of any item that does not meet your expectations if returned within 15 days. Customers are responsible for return postage. A refund will be issued if the item is returned in the original condition within 15 days of receipt. 30% cancellation fee applies.
